Originally from Switzerland and permanently based in Prague, André has worked in Prague real estate for 30+ years.

A thorough search based on an agreed brief, covering publicly marketed properties and suitable off-market opportunities where available. We assess the options, arrange viewings, support negotiations and carry the purchase through to completion.

Written mandate
The property, objective, scope, responsibilities, timetable and fees are agreed in writing.
Search or marketing
For an acquisition, we conduct a thorough search. For a letting or sale, we prepare the property and market it through the agreed channels.
Negotiation and completion
Viewings, qualification, negotiations, contracts, the Czech Land Register process where relevant, and handover are coordinated through to completion.

How does a real estate mandate work?
We act for the client who appoints us. The objective, services, responsibilities and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Yes. An acquisition mandate can include a thorough search across the public market and suitable off-market opportunities where available.
How are properties marketed?
The marketing plan is agreed for each property. Where public marketing is appropriate, this can include established external property platforms.
