Dr. Bernhard Steiner — Správa nemovitostí spol. s r.o. is a fourth-generation family firm, founded in Graz in 1920 and established in Prague since 1992. Property management is at the centre of our work: the long-term care of residential and commercial buildings, with clear responsibility across their financial, technical and legal needs.
We also assist owners with letting, sales and acquisition through a dedicated real estate service. In every mandate, the principle is the same: close attention to the property, considered advice and an owner who remains informed and in control.
